i couldn't make it to the bike and run today so i just ran around my neighborhood. my shins hurt the whole time, so i took an ice bath when i got back

we ran on the trail up by the zoo today and we got kind of lost. we made it to the building and the construction. we never found the road or the fence so we got to the building and it had been a little over 30 minutes so we just turned around so i don't know what my mileage was

we did the cemetery run today. i didn't do any loops inside the cemetery because when i got there it was 8:30 and i needed to leave by 9:00 so i only got in 6 miles. i felt really tired and so i was pretty slow.
